I’m starting a project called $50K to $5M in Real Estate. I’ll document my thoughts, strategies, actions, tools, results, and lessons in building a real estate portfolio for financial freedom. The goal is a $5M+ equity portfolio generating a minimum 10%+ return on equity. That means $500K+ in annual pre-tax cash flow after debt service. My mission is to serve others by sharing how I do it, so they can achieve similar results for their families.

The inspiration for publicly documenting this project came from reading the Almanack of Naval Ravikant (you can download it for free from his website here). Naval discusses that wealth is built through leverage, and the four forms of leverage are People, Capital, Content, and Code. Content and code are permission-less. Anyone can use these forms of leverage. People and Capital require permission. People agree to work for you, or they invest their money with you.

Starting this public project is my first content-based leverage. I can serve others endlessly without requiring my time or effort in the future by creating this content.

My background is in real estate, investments, and operations. I have much I can share with others, and this $50K to $5M in Real Estate project is a real, proof-based, and structured method for me to help serve and educate others in achieving their desired lifestyle.

I believe God has a plan and gift for all of us. I’m not sure what my purpose is, but I hope this project will serve others in solving money problems. Solving money problems can lead to a more peaceful, meaningful life. Financial freedom allows you the time, resources, and freedom to serve others however you see fit. However you’re called to serve.

I believe my “gift” is related to financial stewardship and coaching. This project is how I’m sharing my gift with others and making a positive impact in their lives.
